Carbonated Beverages
All carbonated beverages can cause bloating, but some people suffer from bloating more than others, so if you suffer from bloating, you should stop drinking these beverages.
Food sensitivity and intolerances
One or more foods will cause people to feel bloated, so it is a good idea to do an elimination diet to figure out which foods might be the culprit. To figure out which food is the culprit, you can eliminate foods that aren't good for your system and see if bloating decreases. Next, you reintroduce them one at a time to determine which food is responsible.
Many people will eliminate gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, sugar, peanuts, alcohol, carbonated beverages, alcohol, and red meat for 3-4 weeks and then gradually introduce them one at a time. With an elimination diet, many people are able to discover the cause of their bloating.
Improper Digestion
It's a complex process that begins with saliva in your mouth, continues in your stomach, and ends in your intestines. Digestion breaks down food into an easily absorbable form. The absence of stomach acid is a common cause of bloating; it is accompanied by other symptoms such as burping a lot. So any problem in any of these steps can result in bloating.
You can either take Betaine HCL tablets and see if they help, but be careful because too much acid can cause ulcers. It can also be treated with age-old methods, such as apple cider vinegar. Inadequate digestion of the small intestine is another common reason for this, so digestive enzymes can help with that.
SIBO ( Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth)
The most common cause of bloating is small bacterial overgrowth. This condition causes an overgrowth of bacteria, which causes the most common symptoms of bloating. It is difficult to treat this condition, but with a comprehensive approach, it is possible. The SIBO diet helps reduce bloating and does not feed the bad bacteria to get rid of this condition
